We are pleased to announce the return of our Annual Virtual Music Festival, a much-anticipated event that celebrates the dedication, growth, and musical achievements of our students. This virtual format allows performers to participate from home while continuing our tradition of excellence and performance opportunity.

🎼 Who Can Participate?

• The festival is open to all students of Jean Lyons School of Music.
• Students may enter more than one category, provided that a separate Entry Form is submitted for each category.
• All pieces must be performed from memory.
• Registration is completed through your teacher.

🗓 Registration & Fees

• Registration Period: January 5, 2026 – February 1, 2026
• Fees are due during the registration period.
  Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cash, or cheque.
• Please ensure all payments include:
  • Student’s name
  • Teacher’s name
  • Name of class or classes

⚠️ No changes are permitted after the final submission of any chosen repertoire stated on the Entry Form.

🎥 Video Submission

• Video Submission Deadline: February 28, 2026
• All performances must be submitted using the online video submission form.

🏅 Adjudication & Awards

All performances will be adjudicated, and all participants will receive certificates and medallions in recognition of their efforts.

Marking Scheme:

• 🥇 Gold Prize: 85 and above
• 🥈 Silver Prize: 80 and above
• 🥉 Bronze Prize: 75 and above

Please note that the decision of the adjudicator is final.
