JLSM students took part in the The Vancouver Chopin Society's Chopin Marathon to celebrate the composer's birthday on March 1st. Participating students included Maggie L, Abigail A, Rachel W, Caitlyn C, Olivia J, Lydia M, and Sarah B., and faculty member, Dr. Leslie Nip. 

Held at Richmond Music School and Tom Lee Music Downtown over four days, the Chopin Marathon provided an invaluable opportunity for students to perform a work by Chopin, one of the most beloved composers for the piano, in front of an appreciative audience.
